3.7v lithium battery

Lithium ion batteries are rechargeable batteries containing lithium ions. The battery works on a principle of ion movement. As pure lithium is highly reactive with water, a non-aqueous electrolyte is commonly used. A sealed container seals the lithium and prevents moisture from entering and reacting with it. The lithium batteries contain a protective circuit to limit peak voltage. The battery pack may also contain temperature sensors, voltage converters and voltage tap. These allow for the battery to prevent overheating and to work efficiently under fluctuating voltages.
